Jatin A. Shah

Jay is a native of New Jersey, but has made Nashville home since it was still a small town. He earned his accounting degree from Rutgers University, and followed that up with his law degree from Jacob D, Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro Law School. If that wasn’t enough pain, he went ahead to earn his LL.M. in Tax from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Before joining the Wagon Wheel Title team in 2021, Jay owned and operated his own law practice for 5 years. Now, at Wagon Wheel, he enjoys working with lenders, buyers and sellers to help grow real estate portfolios and admire the changing real estate landscape. In his free time, he’s enjoys spending time with his two sons, his wife, and playing fantasy football.
